【摘要】 工程造价数据采集是工程造价数据信息服务的首要基础,而数据采集质量则对工程造价数据挖掘分析、数据信息服务水平有着重要的影响。在工程实践中,由于工程造价数据包含维度多、项目广、跨度长,导致工程造价数据存在着模糊、丢失和错误等问题,导致工程造价数据采集质量差。为此,本研究以某省工程造价备案数据为对象,系统分析了工程造价数据采集质量影响因素;然后,提出基于数据内在逻辑关系进行数据采集交叉验证分析,来保证数据采集质量;最后,基于信息技术优化设计数据采集制度,构建数据质量采集保障体系。该体系将能促进工程造价数据采集质量的提升,对工程造价数据管理与应用有着积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Engineering cost data collection is the primary basis of engineering cost data information service,and data collection quality has an important impact on engineering cost data mining analysis and data information service level.In the engineering practice,because the engineering cost data contains many dimensions,wide projects and long spans,the engineering cost data has problems such as ambiguity,loss and error,resulting in poor quality of engineering cost data collection.To this end,this study takes a province’s project cost record data as the object,systematically analyzes the factors affecting the quality of project cost data collection,then,based on the data internal logic relationship for data acquisition cross-validation analysis to ensure the quality of data collection.Finally,based on Information technology optimization design data collection system,build a data quality collection security system.The system will promote the improvement of engineering cost data collection quality,and has a positive significance for the management and application of engineering cost data.更多还原
