HybridⅢ假人和中国人CHUBM-M50生物力学模型碰撞动力学响应对比分析

【摘要】 汽车碰撞的乘员损伤的虚拟评价益于在产品开发中全面精细认识并提高安全性设计。基于某款轿车正面碰撞仿真平台,在C-NCAP框架下,分别使用已建立的中国男性50th人体生物力学模型CHUBM-M50 v2.1 (Chinese Human Body Model-Man 50th)和HybridⅢ50th男性假人模型进行50km/h正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞仿真,对人体头部、颈部、胸部、腹部、四肢等部位的动力学响应分析评价。对比结果表明,身体尺寸差异对碰撞过程中身体各部位动力学响应有重要影响。HybridⅢ50th男性假人碰撞结果均未超过C-NCAP规程要求的低性能限值,而CHUBM-M50 v2.1模型头部HIC超过1000,胸部受到的冲击较为剧烈,下肢的运动形态和评价结果与HybridⅢ50th男性假人显著不同。

【Abstract】 Passive safety is an important factor in research and development of vehicle.The assessment is based on the injury and mechanical responses of occupant head,neck,chest,abdomen and extremities.The frontal crash simulations were conducted on the whole vehicle model supplied by GAC R&D center according to C-NCAP regulation.Hybrid Ⅲ 50 th dummy and CHUBM-M50 model were loaded in the vehicle model in collisions,respectively.The result showed that human dimension defference between Chinese and Americans affected dynamic and mechanical responses significantly.The head and chest of CHUBM-M50 model suffered stronger impact while the assessment of Hybrid Ⅲ 50 th dummy was not above C-NCAP corridors.Lower extremities behaved oppositely between these two models.
