【Abstract】 This paper constructs an ability evaluation model for engineering design experts who are in the value engineering,and established the corresponding evaluation system to ensure the accuracy of evaluation results,It has prepared a computer-assisted screening software in VBA language to screen experts,and improved the efficiency and accuracy of screening experts.According to the slide rail of car seat,the practical feasibility and reliability of the screening experts method which is proposed in this paper has been proved.更多还原
