乘用车电液制动系统综合试验台的研发

【摘要】 针对自主开发的新型制动系统设计了机电液一体化的综合试验台。该试验台结构采用模块化设计,引入液压动力单元、负载模拟单元、信号检测与处理单元等实际部件,且主控制器Micro Auto Box和液压动力单元之间采用CAN总线通信,具有较好的可控性与可扩展性,测控软件应用Control Desk开发。该试验台不仅可以对所开发的新型制动系统进行测试,还可以对多种HCU、踏板模拟器等机电液部件进行特性测试,同时基于MATLAB/Simulink环境开发的试验台控制系统能满足各种控制算法的验证需求。

【Abstract】 An integrated hydromechatronics test-bed is designed for braking systems.The structure of experimental platform is designed with modularity,which includes an electro-hydraulic power drive unit,load emulation unit,signal acquisition and processing unit,and other related components.A CAN bus communication is used between the main controller Micro Auto Box and hydraulic power unit,which provides good controllability and scalability.A virtual instrument technology is used through dSPACE Control Desk.This device can be used not only for the test and verification of new brake systems,but also for studies on the characteristics of electro-hydraulic components such as various hydraulic control units(HCU) and driver pedal emulators.In addition,this test bench can be also used to verify brake control systems developed under MATLAB/Simulink environment
