750MPa级含铜低碳贝氏体钢的组织与性能

【摘要】 在碳锰钢的基础上采用铌、钛、铜微合金化,结合控轧控冷工艺,成功开发出组织为贝氏体和细小铁素体的细晶粒含铜低碳贝氏体钢。该钢钢质纯净、晶粒细小,具有优良的耐磨性能和良好的综合力学性能,成功应用于混凝土搅拌罐及牵引座等零件。
【Abstract】 Using TMCP technology,fine-grain copper bearing low carbon bainite steel with a microstructure of bainite and fettite was successfully developed by adding Nb,Ti and Cu on the base of carbon manganese steel.Owing to its pure materials,fine grain size,excellent abrasion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties,the steel was used to make parts such as the concrete stirred tank and traction seat
