单纵臂式悬架-轮边电驱动系统的有限元建模与静力学分析

【摘要】 针对单纵臂式悬架-轮边驱动系统中减速器壳体与悬架摆臂集成的特殊性,本文采用有限元法建立系统的静力学分析模型,综合考虑4种典型极限运行工况下的整车载荷和动力传动载荷,计算得到各个部件的应力分布云图。在详细考察各部件应力分布和最大应力值的基础上,对各部件的静强度情况进行判断,为结构轻量化提供依据。分析表明:各部件静强度均未达到许用应力,最大应力分布位置具有一定的规律。
【Abstract】 Regarding the specificity of the integration of the reduction box and the control arm of integrated trailing arm type suspension-electric wheel-drive system.Finite element method is adopted to establish the model of this system when conducting statics,Loads of whole vehicle and powertrain are concerned comprehensively under four classic limit working conditions,and the stress nephogram of each component is computed.After the inspection of the stress distribution and the position of maximum stress,the static strength of each component is detennined.This provides a reference for lightweight design.The result indicates that all the components are safe and there is certain regularity of the position of maximum stress.
