Screening of tumor-associated antigens based on Oncomine database and evaluation of diagnostic value of autoantibodies in lung cancer

【摘要】 目的 The present study aims to identify and validate lung cancer-associated antigens using theOncomine database and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method.方法 A total of 509specimens including 134 normal samples and 375 NSCLC samples from Oncomine database were used to identify differentially expressed genes(DEGs) between NSCLC tissue and normal lung tissue.结果Sixteen genes (HMGB3, MMP12, GREM1, ZWINT, NUSAP1, RRM2, SULF1, CEP55, CDC20, SPP1,CCNB1, GOLM1, PRDX4, COL11A1, PCLAF, MDK, which were significantly upregulaed in lung cancer tissues, were selected from the Oncomine database and the corresponding proteins were used as candidate lung cancer-associated antigens.结论 .Autoantibodies against 5 TAAs (HMGB3, ZWINT,GREM1, NUSAP1 and MMP12) might have favorable diagnostic values in lung cancer detection, and autoantibody against HMGB3 has the potential to serve as a serological biomarker in early-stage lung cancer.更多还原
