界面剂对岩棉带与粘结砂浆粘接强度性能的影响
The affect of interfacial agent on bonding strength between rock wool belt and adhesive mortar

【摘要】 岩棉带是岩棉外墙外保温系统应用的制品形式之一。在岩棉带的表面实施界面剂后原强度和耐水强度随界面剂浓度的增加而显著增加,最大值增加值可达到7倍。粘接强度显著增加与岩棉带的纤维结构相关,相应地界面剂提高了界面的有效粘接面积和增加了粘接的深度。界面剂的干燥时间对原强度和耐水强度影响不大,因此实施界面剂后对岩棉粘接施工时间不须有严格要求。
【Abstract】 Rock wool belt is one form of rock wool products used in external thermal insulation composite system. After interface agent was applied on the surface of rock wool belt, the primitive strength and water immersion strength increased remarkably with the increase of the concentration of interface agent, and the maximum value was almost 7 times over that of free interface agent. The significant increase of bonding strength is believed to be related to fiber structure of rock wool belt, and that, correspondingly, the interfacial agent could improve effective bonding area and increase the depth of the bonding. The drying time of the interfacial agent had little effect on primitive strength and water immersion strength, so there needn’t a strict time requirement for rock wool belt to attach to the wall after the use of the interfacial agent.
