第六代泡沫玻璃生产工艺和成套装备综述

【摘要】 本文结合国内外泡沫玻璃发展历史和泡沫玻璃应用发展现状,以及其在建筑节能领域应用面临的机遇和挑战,分析了导致泡沫玻璃成本高的三方面主要原因,提出了第六代泡沫玻璃生产工艺和成套装备。该生产工艺和装备特点完全摒弃模具的使用,实现无模生产,采用宽断面网带或链板发泡炉及发泡炉末端热切割系统。该生产线系统更加完善、合理、环保,单线毛坯产能可达15万m~3/年,泡沫玻璃毛坯制品尺寸规格可达1200*600mm或1200*900mm。生产成本比第五代生产线降低20%,第六代泡沫玻璃生产线将进一步提高泡沫玻璃材料的产品质量和市场竞争力。

【Abstract】 In this paper, combined with domestic and foreign development of foam glass history and the development status of foam glass application,and the opportunities and challenges faced by its application in the field of building energy efficiency, it analysed the three main cause of the high cost of foam glass,and put forward the sixth generation of foam glass production technology and complete sets of equipment. The production process and equipment characteristics had completely abandoned the use of mould,they realized mould-free production, using a wide cross-section mesh belt or chain plate foam and foam furnace furnace end cutting system. The production line system was more comprehensive, reasonable, environmental protection, with the blank-line production capacity up to 150,000 m~3/Year and the foam glass blanks product sizes up to 1200 * 600 mm or 1200 * 900 mm. Production costs reduced by 20% compared with the fifth-generation production line, the sixth generation of foam glass production line will further improve product quality and market competitiveness of foam glass material.
