【摘要】 目的:评价环介导等温扩增法(LAMP法)对结核分枝杆菌快速检测效果的临床验证与应用,评估该方法在结核病临床诊断中的效能;方法:选取本院疑似结核病患者的痰标本503份,分别采用直接涂片法、固体培养法、液体培养法及LAMP法检测痰标本中结核分枝杆菌;结果:Lamp法对涂阳患者检出率为91.94%,对涂阴患者的检出率为29.63%,总检出率达到53.62%,高于涂片及培养法(分别为38.51%,48.45%和42.86%)。Lamp检测的敏感度为84.93%,特异度为86.73%,阳性预测值为89.19%,阴性预测值为81.70%。结论:同直接涂片法,LAMP法能够大幅提高标本的阳性检出率,具有很好的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of loop-mediated isothermal amplification(Lamp)method for rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Method:503 sputum samples were selected from suspected TB patients in our hospital,samples were detected by smear.solid culture and LAMP methods.Result:Detection rate of Lamp in smear positive patients was 91.94% and 29.63% in smear-negative patients,the total detection rate was 53.62%,higher than the smear and culture(respectively 38.51%,48.45% and 42.86 %).Lamp detection sensitivity was 84.93%,specificity was 86.73%,positive predictive value was 89.19% and negative predictive value was.81.70%.Conclusion:Comparing to direct smear microscopy,LAMP method can greatly improve the detection rate of positive samples,with good clinical application prospects.更多还原
