基于AMESim的数字液压缸稳定性研究

【摘要】 为研究数字液压缸的结构参数对其稳定性的影响和变化趋势,建立了数字液压缸的数学模型,利用AMESim仿真软件,建立了数字液压缸的整体模型。从时域和频域两个方面具体分析了滑阀面积梯度、阀芯移动幅度、滑阀中位预开口量的变化对数字液压缸稳定性的影响规律。结果表明:增大阀芯面积梯度,稳定性降低;增大阀芯移动幅度和中位预开口量,稳定性会增强。仿真结果有助于数字液压缸的研制及应用。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence and change trend of the structural parameters of the digital hydraulic cylinder on its stability,the mathematical model of the digital hydraulic cylinder is set up. By using AMESim simulation software,the whole model of the digital hydraulic cylinder is set up. From the two aspects of time domain and frequency domain,the influence of the area gradient of spool valve,the moving range of spool core and the preopening quantity of spool valve on the stability of digital hydraulic cylinder are analyzed in detail.The results show that the area gradient of the valve core is increased and the stability is reduced,the stability will be enhanced by increasing the movement of the spool and the median preopening. The simulation results are helpful to the development and application of the digital hydraulic cylinder.
