轴销式传感器检测装置的研制及测试应用

【摘要】 针对轨道交通、高铁领域中大量使用的轴销式传感器无法准确检测问题,自主研发一套轴销式传感器的检测特定装置。该装置创新点在于结合轴销式传感器特点巧妙地设计鸭嘴夹具,采用与实际安装使用时相同的边界支撑,有效地保护了传感器,同时解决了传感器拉压双向检测的难题。检测装置采用传感器叠加式原理,类似卧式试验机运行,仿效模拟转辙机测试仪中轴销式传感器工作状态。经检定检测装置精度可达到0. 1%,设计轻便,便于携带,填补了该检测领域的空白。
【Abstract】 In order to so love at the problem that axle-pin sensor can not be accurately detected which is widely used in rail transit and high-speed railway,a set of special devices for axle-pin sensor detection was developed independently. The innovation of the device lies in the ingenious design of duck-beak fixture combining the characteristics of the shaft pin sensor,which adopts the same boundary support as the actual installation and uses to effectively protect the sensor and solves the difficult problem of two-way detection of tension and pressure of the sensor. The detection device adopts the principle of sensor superposition,which is similar to the operation of horizontal testing machine,and emulates the working state of the shaft pin sensor in the test instrument of the simulated switch machine. The precision of the detection device can reach 0. 1% after verification. The design is light and easy to carry,which fills in the blank of the detection field.
