基于PLC的乳化液泵定期维护及健康诊断系统设计

【摘要】 在综采工作面,液压支架系统必不可少。液压支架不但要承担工作面强大的作用力,还要能够快速移架,以保障煤炭生产安全、高效。乳化液泵是液压支架系统的动力来源。通过对乳化液泵的关键特征参数的监测,能够在第一时间明确乳化液泵的运行状态,保证液压支架系统的安全运行。构建了基于PLC的乳化液泵定期维护及健康诊断系统,实现了乳化液泵的工况特征参数监测、设备和传感器故障诊断、定期维护提醒和故障报警等功能,有效提高了矿井产煤的速度和安全性。
【Abstract】 In the fully mechanized mining face,the hydraulic support system is essential. The hydraulic support not only has to bear the strong force of the working face,but also can be quickly moved,so that the coal production can be safe and efficient. As the power source of the hydraulic support system,the emulsion pump is of paramount importance. By monitoring the key characteristic parameters of the emulsion pump, the operating state of the emulsion pump can be clarified at the first time to ensure the safe operation of the hydraulic support system. The functions of characteristic parameter monitoring of the emulsion pump,equipment and sensor fault diagnosis,regular maintenance reminder and fault alarm,can be realized,which effectively improves the speed and safety of coal production in the mine.
