【摘要】 目的:观察一次性根管治疗加全冠修复对老年人牙隐裂伴牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年12月在我院特约门诊就诊的牙隐裂伴牙髓炎的老年患者76例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各38例患者。观察组予以一次性根管治疗加全冠修复,对照组采用分次根管治疗加全冠修复。记录两组根管治疗术后疼痛情况,并比较两组患者临床疗效差异。结果:术后一周内疼痛率,观察组为7.89%,对照组为10.53%,两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月至两年的治愈率,观察组为86.84%,对照组为84.21%,两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于老年人牙隐裂伴牙髓炎的一次性根管治疗与分次根管治疗在术后疼痛和治愈率上具有相似结果,但一次治疗缩短了患者就诊次数,疗程短,省时省力,更易为患者所接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of a single root canal therapy and full crown restoration for the elderly patients with cracked teeth by pulpitis.Methods:Totally 76 elderly patients with cracked teeth by pulpitis who had visited our special clinic between December 2017 and January 2018 were included in our study and randomly assigned into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group received a single root canal therapy plus full crown restoration,while the control group were given multiple root canal therapy and full crown restoration.Postoperative pain after root canal therapy was recorded and difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups was assessed.Results:Postoperative pain rate within a week was 7.89% in the observation group and 10.53% in the controls,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The cure rate 6 months to 2 years after the operation in the observation group was 86.84% and 84.21% in the controls,also with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:Although both single and multiple root canal therapy bear similarity in the postoperative pain rate and cure rate for elderly patients with cracked teeth by pulpitis,the single treatment has such strengths as shorter course,lower cost,fewer clinic visits and easy acceptance by patients.更多还原
