PDCA循环管理结合循证医学理念在口腔预防医学教学中的应用

【摘要】 循证医学是一种解决临床问题的方法,从传统的教学方式转化为自我主动和以问题为中心的学习方法。PDCA循环管理是近年来新兴的质量管理的方法。本研究应用PDCA循环管理结合循证医学理念指导我校2013级七年制口腔临床医学专业学生的《预防口腔医学》课教学,通过理论考试和问卷调查进行教学效果的评估。结果显示,运此方法教学的章节学生理论考试成绩明显高于其它章节的成绩(P<0.05),有83.6%的学生认为采用循证医学进行教学是一次好的尝试。结果提示,将循证医学理念引入到理论课教学中,有利于教学质量的提高和学生综合素质的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evidence-based medicine(EBM)is a method of solving clinical problems and transferring from the traditional way of teaching to self-motivated and question—centered way of learning.PDCA cycle control is a modern quality-control method.We introduced evidence-based medicine to preventive dentistry lessons of 7-year program students from school of stomatology enrolled in 2013,and evaluated the effect by theory test and questionnaire.The result showed that the score of theory test of EBM teaching section was obviously higher than traditional teaching group(p<0.05). 83.6%of the students believed that teaching with the way of EBM was a great try.The results suggested that introduction of EBM in theory teaching could improve the teaching quality and promote the comprehensive quality of students.更多还原
