平面叶栅试验台周期特性数值模拟研究

【摘要】 为探索改善平面叶栅风洞中叶栅的气动周期性问题,以某亚音速涡轮平面叶栅试验件为研究对象,以实际风洞试验台为模型,建立虚拟试验台。采用数值模拟方法研究轴向进气条件下尾缘板角度和长度对叶栅表面压力周期性分布的影响。研究结果发现:在轴向进气条件下,尾缘板长度和上尾缘板角度对改善叶栅表面压力周期性的影响较小;下尾缘板角度对改善叶栅表面压力周期性的影响较大,角度应与叶栅出口气流角一致。
【Abstract】 A virtual test rig is taken as the research object which was established based on a real wind tunnel test rig with subsonic turbine cascade. The influence of the angle and length of the tailboards on the periodicity of pressure distribution of the cascade with axial inflow was studied by numerical simulation to improve the periodicity of the cascade. The results show that the length of the tailboards and the angle of the upper tailboard have little effect on the periodicity of cascade surface pressure, while the angle of the lower tailboard has great effect on the periodicity of cascade, and the angle of the lower tailboard should be the same as that of the outlet airflow.
