锰氧化合物的制备及其催化燃烧甲苯性能
SYNTHESIS OF MnO_x CATALYSTS AND THEIR CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE FOR TOLUENE OXIDATION

【摘要】 锰氧化合物(MnOx)因其具有良好氧化还原性能、丰度高等优点,被广泛作为催化剂用于催化燃烧消除有机污染物。采用5种合成方法:氧化还原法(MnOx-R)、沉淀法(MnOx-P)、固相反应法(MnOx-S)、溶胶凝胶法(MnOx-SG)和直接煅烧法(MnOx-C)制备了的五种MnOx催化剂,并用XRD、SEM、H2-TPR、O2-TPD及XPS等方法对催化剂进行结构和表面性质分析并以甲苯为模型反应分子考察其催化燃烧活性。研究发现:采用氧化还原法制备的催化剂MnOx-R由于具有较强的可还原能力、更丰富的表面活性氧物种、较大的BET比表面积(148 m2/g)及最小的表观活化能(155.3 k J/mol),从而表现出最佳的甲苯催化燃烧活性(T90=219℃)(甲苯浓度为400 ppm,20%O2/N2,相对湿度50%,GHSV=40000 m L/(g·h)。对催化燃烧用锰基催化剂开发具有参考。
【Abstract】 MnOxhas been widely studied as catalyst in recent years for catalytic combustion due to their excellent redox performance and abundant natural reserves. Herein,five kinds of MnOxcatalysts were synthesized via redox mehod( MnOxR),precipitation method( MnOx-P),solid-state reaction method( MnOx-S),sol-gel method( MnOx-SG) and one-step calcination method( MnOx-C),respectively. The prepared catalysts were characterized by XPS,XRD,N2 absorptiondesorption experiment, SEM, H2-TPR and O2-TPD. Toluene was chosen as probe molecule to evaluate the catalytic performance over as prepared catalysts. The results shown that the catalytic activity was related to reducibility and abundant surface active oxygen species. MnOx-R exhibited best catalytic performance( T90= 219 ℃ at toluene 400 ppm,20% O2/N2,relative humidity 50% and a space velocity = 40000 m L/( g·h),which could be attributed to its large surface,strong reducibility and high oxygen concentration. This work can provide valuable information for the preparation of catalytic combustion Mn based catalyst.
