负载型分子筛-蜂窝陶瓷对甲苯的催化氧化性能

【摘要】 以蜂窝陶瓷为基体,采用浆液浸涂将负载了贵金属Pd或非贵金属Cu、Mn、Ni的分子筛涂层制备成整体式MZSM-5/蜂窝陶瓷催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、N2物理吸附等手段对催化剂结构进行表征,并考察各催化剂的甲苯催化氧化能力。结果表明,以聚乙烯醇、柠檬酸、聚乙二醇混合的分子筛浆液制备的涂层具有良好的分散性和涂覆量。负载贵金属的催化剂催化性能明显优于负载非贵金属的催化剂,5%Pd-ZSM-5/蜂窝陶瓷催化剂涂层量为4.62%时甲苯转化率为50%和90%的反应温度分别为275,320℃,3种非贵金属催化剂催化活性排序为Cu>Mn>Ni,3种复合催化剂催化活性排序为Cu-Mn>Cu-Ni>Mn-Ni。
【Abstract】 The monolithic M-ZSM-5/honeycomb ceramic catalyst was prepared by slurry coating of Pd or Cu,Mn,Ni loaded on the honeycomb ceramic. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 physical adsorption and the catalytic oxidation ability of the catalysts for toluene was investigated. The results indicated that the coating prepared by the mixture of polyvinyl alcohol,citric acid and polyethylene glycol showed good dispersion and coating amount. The catalytic performance of supported noble metal catalyst was obviously better than non-noble metal catalyst. When the coating amount of5%Pd-ZSM-5/honeycomb ceramic catalyst was 4. 62%,the reaction temperature of toluene conversion of 50% and 90% were275 ℃ and 320 ℃,respectively. The catalytic activities of non-noble metal catalysts were Cu,Mn,Ni from high to low. The catalytic activities of composite catalysts were Cu-Mn,Cu-Ni and Mn-Ni from high to low.
