石油储罐泄漏实时环境风险分析模型

【摘要】 针对当前储罐区泄漏事故频发,分析了当前针对危险化学品泄漏数值扩散模型的优缺点。对事故发生后的泄漏、蒸发、扩散过程进行了数学描述。通过将经验模型进行空间与时间离散化,以适用于当环境条件发生改变或在扩散中遭遇障碍物等情况,增加了经验模型的拓展性。假设某石油储罐发生突发性泄漏事故,在不同的风速以及是否遭遇障碍物等条件下,应用本文所建立模型进行模拟,并对模拟结果进行分析。模拟结果表明,该模型可以实时的预估事故发生初期的影响,可以为实时环境分析模型提供一种新的思路。
【Abstract】 In view of the frequent leakage accidents in storage tank district, the advantages and disadvantages of the current numerical diffusion models for leakage of hazardous chemicals are analyzed. The mathematical expressions of the leakage, evaporation, and diffusion processes after the accident are established. By discretizing the empirical model in space and time, the empirical model can be applied to the case of environmental conditions changing or obstacles encountered in diffusion, which increases the expansibility of the empirical model. Applying the model established in this paper combined with the sudden leakage accident of oil storage tanks, under different conditions such as wind speed and whether or not to encounter obstacles, the time and space distribution of oil and gas concentrations near the ground was obtained. The simulation results show that the model can predict the impact of the initial accident in real time and provide a new idea for the real-time environmental analysis model.
