烟气条件下生物质灰固硫特性试验

【摘要】 在固定床试验台上,开展了生物质灰对SO2吸收特性的试验研究。主要考察了灰中掺水量、温度、烟气中水蒸气含量、SO2浓度、CO2浓度和NO2浓度对脱除效果的影响。研究结果表明,生物质灰可高效吸收烟气中的SO2,起到固硫作用。生物质灰中掺水量、反应温度和烟气中水分含量是影响生物质灰脱硫的主要因素,烟气中其他气体成分也影响SO2的吸收。生物质灰中掺水后,促进了碱性物质的溶解,对SO2的吸收起到强化作用;降低温度,延长了灰表面液膜的停留时间,有利于SO2的脱除;模拟烟气中水蒸气含量的增加促进了脱硫反应的进行;烟气中的低浓度NO2对SO2的吸收起到促进作用,当NO2浓度较高时,反应初期促进了SO2的吸收,反应后期由于NO2和SO2的竞争反应,阻碍了SO2的吸收。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of SO2 absorption by biomass ash were studied on a fixed bed test-bed. The effects of water content in ash, temperature, water content in flue gas, SO2 concentration, CO2 concentration and NO2 concentration on the removal efficiency were investigated. The results showed that biomass ash could effectively absorb SO2 in flue gas and have good function of sulfur fixation. Water content in ash, reaction temperature and flue gas moisture content were the main factors affecting the desulfurization by biomass ash, and other gas components in flue gas also affect the absorption of SO2. Water mixed in the biomass ash promoted the dissolution of alkaline substances and strengthens the absorption of SO2; with the reduces of temperature the residence time of liquid membrane on the ash surface increased, which was conducive to the removal of SO2; the increase of water vapor content in the flue gas promoted the desulfurization reaction; the low concentration of NO2 in the flue gas promoted the absorption of SO2; when the concentration of NO2 was high, the initial reaction was accelerated. At the later stage, SO2 absorption was inhibited because the competitive reaction between NO2 and SO2.
