基于CFD-DEM的过滤介质表面粉尘颗粒堆积的模拟仿真

【摘要】 为描述粉尘在布袋式除尘器滤袋表面的堆积情况,利用Solidwords软件构造简化模型,然后将其导入EDEM软件中,再通过UDF创建EDEM与Fluent软件的联接接口,实现两个软件之间的耦合,对于颗粒相的运动情况使用EDEM软件进行模拟求解;对于气相的流动情况使用fluent进行模拟仿真,两者的结合实现了微观颗粒在滤袋表面的堆积过程,仿真计算后精确地演示了滤袋表面粉饼层的形成过程,得到了系统压力在粉饼层不同厚度下的压力分布云图,以及不同粒径的粉尘颗粒在不同时间下的截留率变化情况。由以上结果可以得出随着粉饼层的形成粉尘颗粒的截留率逐步提升且系统压力也随之逐渐增大。

【Abstract】 In order to describe the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter bag of the cloth bag filter, Solidwords software was used to construct a simplified model, which was then imported into EDEM software. The interface between EDEM and Fluent software was created through UDF to realize the coupling between the two software. For gas phase flows using fluent software for simulation, the combination of both achieved the microscopic particles on the surface of the filter bag, accumulation process, and the simulation calculation accurately demonstrated the powdery cake layer on the surface of the filter bag forming process, the system pressure in powdery cake layer pressure distribution under different thickness of cloud, and the dust particles of different particle size under different time of withholding rate changes. From the above results, it could be concluded that the interception rate of dust particles formed in powder layer increased gradually and the system pressure also increased gradually.
