四川省水泥行业氨排放特征及超低排放建议

【摘要】 采用德图烟气分析仪和激光二极管技术测试四川省水泥企业NOx和NH3排放浓度,通过调研获取企业氨水用量、污染治理技术等信息,对比分析研究水泥企业NH3排放浓度、氨水用量、NOx排放浓度、脱硝技术等,掌握四川省水泥行业NH3排放特征及其影响因素。研究结果显示:1)四川省水泥企业NH3排放浓度不容忽视,最高达502 mg/m3。2)氨水用量与NH3排放浓度总体为正相关性,当NH3排放浓度>10 mg/m3时,氨水用量基本≥4 kg/t熟料。3)单独采用SNCR脱硝技术进行NOx深度治理(NOx≤100mg/m3),会增加氨水用量,进而增加水泥窑NH3排放浓度。4)目前水泥企业NH3排放缺少有效的监管手段,NH3排放可能被低估。5)建议禁止单一采用SNCR脱硝技术开展超低排放改造,增加NH3排放监测频次,适时推进NH3在线监测,现有技术条件下NOx超低排放改造限值不宜<100 mg/m3

【Abstract】 Testo 350 gas analyzing instrument and WS-CRDS ammonia instrument were used to measure NOx and NH3 concentration of cement industry in Sichuan province, and activity date was collected through field investigations, in order to analyze NH3 emission concentration, dosages of aqua ammonia, NOx emission concentration, denitrification technology and so on. Results showed that 1) the NH3 emission concentration of cement industry should not be ignored, which could up to 502 mg/m3. 2) There was a positive correlation between the dosages of aqua ammonia and MH3 concentration, when NH3 emission concentration was greater than 10 mg/m3, aqua ammonia consumption was basically greater than or equal to 4 kg/t. 3) If SNCR denitrification technology was used separately for NOx deep treatment(NOx≤100 mg/m3), aqua ammonia consumption would be increased, and NH3 emission concentration of cement kiln would be increased. 4) NH3 emission from cement industry in Sichuan province lacked effective regulation measures, and NH3 emission might be underestimated. 5) It was suggested to prohibit the use of SNCR technology alone to carry out NOx ultra-low emission, increase the frequency of NH3 emission monitoring, and timely promote NH3 online monitoring. Under the existing technical conditions, the limit of NOx ultra-low emission should not be lower than 100 mg/m3.
