基于沼液磷素保留的滤料筛选及悬浮物过滤预处理研究

【摘要】 在去除沼液悬浮物(SS)同时最大限度地保留其磷素养分是提高沼液资源化利用价值的关键。静态吸附-解吸试验发现,海砂(SSD)、沸石(ZLT)、石英砂(QSD)和氧化铝废渣(GRM)4种供试滤料中,QSD对溶液磷的吸附能力最低,脱附率接近SSD且小于ZLT和GRM。沼液经两种粒径(0.5~1和3~5 mm)QSD滤料填充柱以2.4 L/h流速动态过滤后,SS去除率可达86.1%,小粒径滤柱对SS去除率普遍高于大粒径滤柱;沼液SS达到相同去除效果,小粒径QSD滤柱较大粒径QSD滤柱具有更持久的运行时间和更短的滤层填充高度;小粒径QSD滤柱未显著吸附截留沼液溶解性总磷,适合作为沼液SS过滤预处理单元并有利于后续磷回收。
【Abstract】 The key to improve the reutilization value of biogas slurry is to retain most of its phosphorus nutrient while removing the suspended solids(SS). The results show that among the four kinds of filter materials, sea sand(SSD), zeolite(ZLT), quartz sand(QSD) and alumina industry waste residue( GRM), QSD has the lowest adsorption capacity of phosphorus in solution, while its phosphorus desorption rate is close to that of SSD and less than that of ZLT and GRM. The SS removal rate was up to 86. 1% as the biogas slurry flowed through the column respectively filled with QSD in two particle sizes(0. 5 ~ 1 mm and 3 ~ 5 mm) at a flow rate of 2. 4 L/h. The SS removal rates of smaller particle size QSD filling column were generally higher than that of larger particle size QSD filling column. To achieve the same SS removal effect, it has a longer running time and a shorter filling height of filter material by using the smaller particle size QSD filling column compared with the one filled with the larger particle size QSD. There is no significant retention effect on dissolved total phosphorus in biogas slurry flowing through the column filled with smaller particle size QSD, which is suitable for SS filtration pretreatment unit of biogas slurry and beneficial for subsequent phosphorus recovery.
