羟基氧化铁耦合活性污泥工艺的反硝化特性研究

【摘要】 污水中碳源不足导致反硝化效率低,铁自养型反硝化是提高反硝化效率的有效措施之一。通过批次试验研究羟基氧化铁耦合好氧活性污泥工艺(耦合工艺)的反硝化特性,探讨C/N、碳源种类、初始NO3--N浓度、Fe/N摩尔比等因素对反硝化效率和速率的影响。结果表明:羟基氧化铁耦合好氧活性污泥中促进反硝化速率和效率,耦合工艺最适的工艺参数为C/N为10、碳源为乙酸钠、初始NO3--N浓度低于14 mg/L和Fe/N摩尔比为5;耦合工艺去除硝态氮主要通过吸附和生物反硝化共同作用,其中生物作用为主。研究结果为深入研究铁自养型反硝化脱氮工艺提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The absence of carbon source in sewage leads to low efficiency of denitrification. Iron autotrophic denitrification is one of the effective measures to improve denitrification efficiency at low carbon source. In this paper,the denitrification characteristics of iron oxyhydroxide coupled aerobic activated sludge process( coupling process) were studied by batch test.The effect of the factors such as C/N ratio,carbon source type,initial NO3--N concentration and Fe/N molar ratio on denitrification efficiency and rate were discussed. The results showed that the denitrification rate and efficiency were promoted by the coupling process. The optimum parameters for the coupling process were C/N ratio of 10,carbon source of sodium acetate,and initial NO3--N concentration less than 14 mg/L,the Fe/N molar ratio of 5; and the nitrate removal in the coupling process was carried out by adsorption and biological denitrification,and biological action was dominant in nitrate removal. The research result provides a theoretical basis for iron autotrophic denitrification process.
