循环冷却水系统使用电化学除垢设备的选择方法

【摘要】 电化学水垢去除技术是主动式水垢控制技术。如何给循环水系统进行电化学除垢设备选型是该技术应用难题之一。基于实验研究及工程实践,提出一种循环水系统的电化学除垢设备选择方法。该方法基于电化学设备的硬度和碱度处理能力,通过水量平衡与溶质平衡推断加装设备后的循环水硬度、碱度及电导率,再利用结垢指数核算循环水系统的结垢与腐蚀状态。在此基础上,通过调整设备数量来调整平衡状态时的结垢指数,直至系统不结垢为止。
【Abstract】 Electrochemical scale removal technology is an active scale control technology,which can separate out scale from circulating cooling water in solid form. In practice,selecting electrochemical descaling equipment for circulating cooling water system is a difficult issue. Based on the conclusion of previous experimental research and practical operation,this paper proposes a selection method of electrochemical descaling equipment for circulating cooling water system. After the electrochemical descaling equipment is installed,the hardness,alkalinity and conductivity of the circulating cooling water are deduced through water quantity balance and material balance based on the hardness and alkalinity removal capability of the electrochemical descaling equipment. The scaling and corrosion state of the circulating cooling water system are calculated by using the scaling index model. On this basis,the scaling index in the equilibrium state is adjusted by continuously adjusting the number of electrochemical descaling equipment until it is determined that the system will not scale.
