双伺服电机驱动连铸结晶器非正弦振动技术

【摘要】 针对液压伺服驱动连铸结晶器振动技术的设备昂贵、维护费用高等问题,本文提出一种双伺服电机驱动的结晶器非正弦振动技术,设计并制造实验样机。首先阐述了设备的结构及工作原理;其次给出了实现五段函数非正弦振动波形时伺服电机的转动规律;最后进行了实验室实验验证。实验结果表明该装置能够很好地实现结晶器非正弦振动波形,设备运行平稳,具有推广和应用价值。
【Abstract】 The hydraulic servo oscillator for continuous casting mold is expensive and its maintenance cost is higher.A new mold oscillation technique driven by double servomotors was proposed in this paper and the experimental prototype equipment was designed and manufactured.Firstly,the equipment structure and working principle of the oscillator were described.Secondly,the rotating rules of servomotor to realize non-sinusoidal oscillation waveform for five section functions were given.Finally,the laboratory experiments were made.The experiment results indicate that the oscillator can realize non-sinusoidal oscillation well and the oscillator moves smoothly.The oscillation technique is worth for application.
