空间网格结构施工缺陷评估分析

【摘要】 为了更加有效地对空间网格结构施工质量进行评估,通过查阅相关文献,本文对空间网格结构常见施工缺陷进行了总结归纳,并对其相应检测方法进行了阐述。结合实际工程,针对安装几何偏差和大间隙焊缝节点施工缺陷,通过数值模拟和试验的方法研究了这类缺陷对结构安全性能的影响。分析结果表明,安装几何偏差对双层网壳结构的影响较小;大间隙焊缝在保证焊缝质量的前提下,抗拉承载力并未下降,但是考虑到其焊缝质量难以保证,在施工过程中应尽量避免此类缺陷,并建议当焊缝间隙超过50mm时进行换杆处理。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the construction quality of space grid structure more effectively, this paper summarizes the common construction defects of space grid structure by referring to relevant literature, and expounds the corresponding detection methods. According to the actual engineering, the influence of the installation geometric deviation and the construction defect of the weld joint with large gap on the safety performance of the structure was studied by numerical simulation and experiment. The results show that the installation geometric deviation has little effect on the structure of double layer reticulated shell. On the premise of ensuring the weld quality, the bearing capacity of large gap welding seams does not decrease. However, considering that the weld quality is difficult to guarantee, such defects should be avoided as far as possible in the construction process, and it is recommended to change the component when the weld gap exceeds 50 mm.
