单肢火曲等边双角钢轴压构件的有限元分析

【摘要】 采用有限元软件ABAQUS对单肢火曲等边双角钢轴压试验进行了数值模拟分析,并将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行对比。在此基础上,分析了初弯曲、角钢屈服强度、填板厚度、火曲制弯距离及火曲段长度对单肢火曲等边双角钢轴压构件承载性能的影响。结果表明,有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好。初弯曲的增大会降低构件承载力;角钢屈服强度越高,承载力越大;填板厚度的增加会提高构件承载力;火曲制弯距离和火曲段长度越大,构件承载力越小。

【Abstract】 The finite element software ABAQUS was used to perform the numerical simulation analysis of the single-limb fire-curved equal-edge double angle steel axial compression test, and the results of the finite element analysis were compared with the test results. On this basis, the influence of the initial bending, yield strength of angle steel, thickness of filling plate, fire bending distance and length of fire bending section on the bearing performance of the single-limb fire-curved equal-edge double angle steel axial compression member were analyzed. The results show that the results of finite element analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results. The increase of the initial bending will reduce the bearing capacity of the members; the higher the yield strength of the angle steel, the greater the bearing capacity; the increase of the thickness of the filling plate will increase the bearing capacity of the members. The larger the fire bending distance and the fire bending length is, the smaller the bearing capacity of the component is.
