非线性金属结构材料轴压柱相关稳定承载力直接强度法
THE DIRECT STRENGTH METHOD FOR INTERACTIVE BUCKLING RESISTANCE OF AXIAL COMPRESSION MEMBERS MADE OF NON-LINEAR METALLIC MATERIALS

【摘要】 汇总国内外关于非线性金属结构材料轴压柱相关稳定试验数据,采用有限元软件ABAQUS创建精细数值模型,并对模型的准确性进行验证。基于验证可靠的有限元模型,研究材料归一化屈服强度、应变硬化指数、几何初始缺陷和焊接残余应力对相关稳定承载力的影响。结合试验数据和有限元分析结果,提出相关稳定承载力的直接强度法修正计算公式,对建议公式的可靠度分析表明其满足国家标准GB 50068的要求。
【Abstract】 The existing test results on local-overall interactive buckling of axial compression members made of non-linear metallic materials were summarized, which were further used to verify the accuracy of advanced numerical models developed by means of the finite element(FE) software package ABAQUS. Based upon the validated FE models, systematic parametric studies were performed to examine the impact of the key parameters, including the normalized nominal yield strength, the strain-hardening exponent, the initial geometric imperfections and the welding residual stresses on the interactive buckling resistances afterwards. Newly modified calculation formulae of the direct strength method(DSM) were proposed based on the test data and the generated FE results, and the reliability analysis of the proposed formulae was carried out by referring to the Chinese code GB 50068.
