【摘要】 通过对质量、成本、工期的关系分析,得出建设单位发生违规质量行为的动机,然后通过博弈理论,按照建设单位发生违规质量行为对其他参建单位有损害时和对其他参建单位无损害两种情况,分别构建博弈模型,对其他参建单位的行为反应进行分析,得出其他参建单位接受此违规质量行为的概率更大,因此工程建设的其他参建主体对于建设单位的质量行为监督可以认为是大概率失效的,最后提出了完善质量监督机制的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the relationship among quality,cost and construction period,the paper obtains the motivation of illegal quality behaviors of construction units.Then,according to the game theory,according to the two situations that the illegal quality behaviors of construction units cause damage to other participating units and no damage to other participating units,it constructs the game model respectively,analyzes the behavior response of other participating units,and obtains other participating units The probability of the construction unit accepting the illegal quality behavior is greater,so the other participants in the construction of the project can think that the supervision of the quality behavior of the construction unit is probably invalid,and finally put forward suggestions to improve the quality supervision mechanism.更多还原
