适应四川盆地的传统民居竹编夹泥墙热舒适度测试及应用前景探究

【摘要】 四川盆地气候独特,湿热天气对民居室内热环境影响较大。通过既有民居建筑围护结构改造可有效提高室内舒适度。本文选择改进四川传统民居竹编夹泥墙的涂泥材料,选取本土材料按一定比例制作5个实体试验模型,对其室内物理环境进行测试、统计数据并分析。结果表明,涂泥材料最佳比例为老石灰∶纯黄土∶河底沙∶水∶红茶渣=1∶1∶0.5∶0.5∶0.02,当采用双层涂泥附着在竹编两侧时,模型在室内热舒适度和优化室内空气等方面表现出优越性。如将此新型材料在四川传统民居中推广使用,不仅为保护地域特色更新与传承做出了探索,同时较之传统构造做法更为绿色节能。

【Abstract】 The Sichuan Basin has a unique climate,and hot and humid weather has a great influence on the indoor thermal environment of residential houses.Through the renovation of the existing residential building envelope structure,indoor comfort can be effectively improved.In this paper,we choose to improve the mud coating materials of the bamboo wall of Sichuan traditional houses,select local materials to make five solid experimental models according to a certain proportion,then test,statistical data and analyze the indoor physical environment.The results show that the best ratio of mud coating materials is old lime ∶ pure loess ∶ river bottom sand ∶ water ∶ black tea dregs = 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 0.5 ∶ 0.5 ∶ 0.02,when double-layer mud coating is used on both sides of the bamboo weave,the model is the indoor thermal comfort and optimization of indoor air have shown superiority.If this new material is promoted and used in traditional residential houses in Sichuan,it not only explores the protection and inheritance of regional features,but also is more green and energy-saving than traditional construction methods.
