【摘要】 山西省既有公共建筑存量大,且大部分存在安全性低、能耗高、综合性能较差等问题,通过改造可以使得建筑可持续发展。为了有针对性的对这些建筑进行改造,就需要建立一套相应的科学、完善的评价体系。本文首先归纳了山西省既有公共建筑性能特征,根据山西省既有公共建筑适宜性改造时所要考虑的性能要求构建山西省既有公共建筑性能评价指标体系,然后运用AHP-模糊综合评价法建立了评价模型,最后结合实际工程案例分析验证了该评价指标体系的可行性及有效性,为下一步的改造再利用提供科学的量化数据支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing public buildings in Shanxi Province have a large stock,and most of them have problems such as low safety,high energy consumption,poor comprehensive performance,etc.Through the transformation,the sustainable development of buildings can be achieved.In order to reconstruct these buildings,we need to establish a scientific and perfect evaluation system.The paper first summarizes the performance characteristics of the existing public buildings in Shanxi Province,constructs the performance evaluation index system of the existing public buildings in Shanxi Province according to the performance requirements to be considered in the suitability transformation of the existing public buildings in Shanxi Province,and then uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system are verified by the actual project case analysis,which provides scientific quantitative data support for the next transformation and reuse.更多还原
