【摘要】 对于山西省的既有办公建筑的改造技术方法进行分析总结,结合山西省的地理气候特点,提炼出适宜性的改造技术策略。以山西省直机关办公区实际工程项目为例,从既有办公建筑的平面规划、建筑功能、建筑结构、暖通与空调、给排水和电气六个方面进行讨论与研究,简要分析了其改造的技术方法并提出相应的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and summarizes the reconstruction technology methods of existing office buildings in Shanxi Province,and combines the geographical and climatic characteristics of Shanxi Province to extract appropriate reconstruction technology strategies.Taking the actual project in the office area of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper discusses and studies from six aspects of the existing office building’ s floor plan,building functions,building structure,HVAC,water supply,drainage,and electrical,and analyzes its transformation technical methods and make corresponding suggestions.更多还原
