高压电缆沟接头的抗剪性能与预警指标试验研究

【摘要】 接头是高压电缆沟的薄弱部位,极易出现接头破坏、渗漏水等威胁高压电缆正常运营的病害。通过开展以不同强度等级水泥砂浆为填充材料的高压电缆沟接头抗剪性能试验,为电缆沟接头监测和预警指标的制定提供理论依据。结果表明,对于以受剪力为主的高压电缆沟接头,水泥砂浆强度的提高对其抗剪切性能改善效果不明显;接头位移形式可能为"上下错动型",或"两端张开型",但其破坏形态均具有明显的"脆性破坏"特征,因此不建议以接头位移作为监测和预警指标。

【Abstract】 The joint between high-voltage cable trench segements which are made of reinforcement concrete is the weak part.The damage of joint and the induced water leakage are the typical diseases which will threaten the safe operation of high-voltage cables.The shearing test of trench joints filled by cement mortar with different strength was carried out,in order to provide theoretical basis for selecting appropriate monitoring and early-warning indicators for the cable thrench joint.The results show the the improvement of the cement mortar strength has no obvious effect on the shear resistance capacity,when the applied force of joint is dominated by shearing force.The displacement of joint might be the up and down dislocated type,or the opening type of two ends.However,the failure modes of the both tyoes obviously present brittle property.Therefore,the joint displacement was not recommended as the monitoring and early-warning indicator for hight-voltage cable trench.
