【Abstract】 This article addresses the general loss of vitality of the old cities in the small cities after the start of the renewal activities.The county-level city Fenyang was selected as the research object,and the problems and reasons faced by the renewal of old urban areas in small cities were analyzed.In response to the destruction of traditional composite functional structures in the county-level cities,It is suggested to proceed from the reform and adjustment of the policy system and the introduction of new scientific and technological aspects.in order to revitalize the old city.更多还原
