多巴胺及介孔材料对电子烟储油棉的改性

【摘要】 以多巴胺及介孔硅基材料对电子烟用絮状填充物进行改性,探究其对烟油的吸附及解吸附影响。絮状物经多巴胺改性后其饱和单位吸附量提高约50%。在多巴胺改性絮状物基础上接枝介孔材料后,大孔径介孔使饱和单位吸附量进一步提高8.57%,小孔径介孔使其提高3.23%。改性絮状物的烟油完全解吸附温度略有提高,但均小于275℃,实验结果表明烟油可以在絮状物发生自身分解前解吸附完全。
【Abstract】 The flocculent filler of electronic cigarette was modified by dopamine and mesoporous silica materials to investigate the influence on the adsorption and desorption.The saturation unit adsorption of dopamine-modified filler was improved about 50%;and it was further improved with 8.57% and 3.23% when the dopamine-modified filler was modified by large aperture and small aperture mesoporous respectively.The desorption temperature of the modified filler became higher.It was below 275℃,meaning that the desorption was complete before the decomposition of the filler.
