基于Python的Aspen Plus工艺过程优化及工业应用

【摘要】 Aspen Plus是广泛应用的流程模拟软件。随化工行业的发展,对现有的流程进行优化和改进变得十分重要。Aspen Plus自带的灵敏度分析已经不能满足人们对复杂流程优化的需要。Python是目前数据科学方向主流的编程语言,它拥有众多的软件包可以使用,通过它可以方便的调用其他语言编写的软件包。本文基于ActiveX技术,实现了在Python中控制Aspen Plus的运行,并可以获取Aspen Plus的计算结果。本文以醋酸-水体系的双塔萃取精馏为例,使用Python与Aspen Plus进行了交互,并对精馏塔的工艺参数进行了优化。

【Abstract】 Aspen Plus is a widely used process simulation software. With the development of chemical industry, it becomes more and more important to optimize the existing process. The sensitivity analysis that comes with Aspen Plus is no longer sufficient for complex process optimization. Python is the most widely used programming language for data science today, there are lots of packages written in python and it is easy to use libraries which are written in other languages with Python. In this work, controlling the running of Aspen Plus in Python and obtaining the calculation results of Aspen Plus was realized based upon the Active X technology. Taking the twocolumn extractive distillation of acetic acid-water system as an example, the integration between Python and Aspen Plus was performed and the parameters of distillation column were optimized.
