磁选钢渣尾泥制备加气混凝土的研究

【摘要】 本文对磁选钢渣尾泥的化学组成进行了分析,研究了不同尾泥掺量对加气混凝土力学性能、微观结构等性能的影响。研究表明,在满足国标A3.5 B06等级加气混凝土条件下,尾泥的最大掺量可达到30%,其抗压强度为3.6MPa,且具有良好的微观孔结构。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the chemical composition of residual mud from the magnetic separation of steel slag was analyzed,and the effects of different content of residual mud on the mechanical properties and the microstructure of aerated concrete were studied.It’s showed that the maximum dosage of tail slurry of concrete is 30% under the conditions of aerated concrete with the national standard A3.5 and B06.And the compressive strength is 3.6 MPa and with good microscopic pore structure.
