基于电路仿真技术的核电厂仪表可用性评价

【摘要】 在核电厂严重事故工况下,需要相关仪表在堆芯损伤后的恶劣安全壳环境下执行监测功能,给操纵人员提供信息,以利于使电厂达到一个可控的稳定状态。为保证严重事故管理导则能够有效地在实际的严重事故工况发挥作用,严重事故需要的设备和仪表的可用性需要审慎进行评估,这关系到严重事故管理导则中的严重事故管理策略在实际中能否真正实现。仪表可用性评价目前运行和在建核电厂普遍采用基于环境条件包络值的分析方法和基于时间窗口及环境条件曲线的分析方法。这些方法具有较好的可信度,但在一定程度上过于保守。本文基于传感器电路仿真分析,提出了一种直接以仪表输出信号作为可用性的评价判据的方法。该方法首先根据核电厂传感器仪表信号传输电路特点搭建简化电路,建立Multisim电路仿真模型;然后通过模型中的电阻、电感和电容的实物环境实验,得出各元件参数在不同工况环境下的变化情况;再利用实验得到的元件参数通过Multisim仿真得到该工况下仪表信号的输出情况,并以不同工况下仪表信号的输出情况为依据,分析比较该工况下仪表的可用性,通过线性判别法(LDA)建立合理的可用性评价模型,量化不同工况下仪表的可用性水平;最后,通过计算得到可用仪表和损坏仪表的可用性水平分界值,作为区分可用仪表和损坏仪表的标准。基于所提方法,建立了压力信号变送器CN0289的可用性评价模型,并通过电路仿真确定了压力变送器信号可用和不可用的评判阈值。为了验证所得可用性判断阈值的可信度,设计了不同环境温度下变送器输出信号测试实验,实验结果表明所提判断阈值能够较好地区分可用仪表和损坏仪表。所提方法的特色在于直接以仪表输出信号作为可用性的评价依据,相比于传统评价方法,降低了保守性,可在线评估仪表可用性,并于操作员及时了解事故后关键参数测量的可信度,有助于他们做出正确的决策。

【Abstract】 In actual nuclear power plants,information and data from field instruments are essential for assessing the operational status of nuclear power plants and monitoring equipment response.At the time of the occurrence or failure of the nuclear power plant,it is necessary to evaluate and repair the instrument and reduce the damage caused by the instrument damage as much as possible.Therefore,timely evaluation of the availability of the instrument after the accident is a necessary condition for the nuclear power plant to ensure its economy.In this paper,the signal transmission circuit of nuclear power plant is taken as the research object.Firstly,the simplified circuit is built according to the characteristics of the signal transmission circuit of the sensor instrument of the nuclear power plant,and the simulation model of Multisim circuit is established.Then the physical environment experiment of resistance,inductance and capacitance in the model is used to obtain the components.The variation of the parameters under different working conditions;the component parameters obtained by the experiment are obtained by Multisim simulation to obtain the output of the instrument signal under the working condition,and the output of the instrument signal under different working conditions is used as the basis,and the work is analyzed and compared.Under the condition of instrument availability,a reasonable usability evaluation model is established by linear discriminant method(LDA) to quantify the availability level of instruments under different working conditions.Finally, the availability level demarcation value of available instruments and damaged instruments is calculated by calculation to distinguish the available instruments.And the standard of damaged instruments.Taking the piezoelectric signal transmitter chip CN0289 as an example,the usability evaluation model of the transmitter chip is constructed,and the usability level standard for distinguishing available piezoelectric instruments and damaged piezoelectric instruments is obtained through experiments and simulations.The method obtains the reliability of the usability standard.This paper designs a comparison experiment of the damaged transmitter chip and the output signal of the available transmitter chip.The results show that the method can better distinguish the available instrument and the damaged instrument.
