GTAF数据获取系统的研究

【摘要】 中子俘获反应截面是核天体物理研究、核能开发利用、反应堆设计、核物理基础研究中的重要核数据,对其进行精确测量具有重要意义。中国原子能科学研究院已建造完成了我国第一套γ全吸收型BaF2探测装置(Gamma Total Absorption Facility,GTAF),目标是应用瞬发γ测量法,精确测量中子俘获反应截面。在线实验测量时,需要在40个探测器信号通道上进行多参数同步测量,同时还要进行α和γ的粒子鉴别。因此,数据获取系统是整套探测装置的重要组成部分。综合考虑了探测器信号的特性以及成本等因素,研制了一套基于高速数据采集卡(flash analog to digital converter,FlashADC)的数字化全波形数据获取系统。此系统工作在Linux环境下,程序控制、在线监控、数据存储与分析程序基于ROOT平台。通过测量60 Co和137 Cs源,验证了数据获取系统的性能,可用于在线测量中子俘获反应截面的实验。

【Abstract】 The data of neutron capture cross section are very important for the research of nuclear astrophysics, the development and utilization of nuclear energy,the design of reactor and the research of nuclear physics theories.The first gamma total absorption facility(GTAF) in China has been constructed in key laboratory of nuclear data at China Institute of Atomic Energy,which will be used to accurately measure the neutron capture cross section by prompt gamma method.The synchronous measurements of multi-parameter and particle discrimination of alpha and gamma were essential.Therefore,data acquisition system was an important part of the whole detection device.Because of the characteristics of detector signal and cost,data acquisition system of digital waveform based on flash analog to digital converter(FlashADC) was developed.It worked on a Linux operation system.The control of program,the online monitoring,the store of data and analysis code were based on the ROOT framework.The main performances of system were acquired by the measurement of 60Co and 137Cs, which has been able to measure the cross section of neutron capture reaction in on-line experiment.
