离子色谱法测定硝酸体系中氨基羟基脲分解产物叠氮酸

【摘要】 建立了离子色谱法测定HNO3体系中氨基羟基脲(HSC)分解产物叠氮酸(HN3)的方法。选用IonPac AS15离子色谱柱分离,利用在线淋洗液发生器自动产生氢氧化钾淋洗液,以抑制电导降低淋洗液的背景电导进行氨基羟基脲硝酸溶液分解产物中的叠氮酸含量的测定,并考察了硝酸浓度及其他反应产物对该方法的影响。结果表明:线性范围为1~10 mg/L,线性回归方程为:y=0.129 8cN3-(mg/L),相关系数R2=0.997。方法用于实际样品测定,加标回收率在98.0%~109.0%,检出限为0.012 mol/L,满足HN3分析的需求。
【Abstract】 An ion chromatography method has been developed for the determination of azide in the products from hydroxysemicarbazide in nitric acid.The assay for azide was recently improved by using ion chromatography with IonPac AS15 ion exchange column and eluent generator that atomitically generates potassium hydroxide as mobile phase and suppresses conductivity detection.The influence factors,such as the concentration of HNO3 and other products were studied.The results showed that the linear range is 1~10 mg/L,and the regression equation was y=0.129 8 cN3-(mg/L)with the correlation coefficient R2 of 0.997.The recoveries of the studied compound were in the range of 98.0%~109% with the detection limit of 0.012 mol/L.The method could be used for the analysis of azide.
