核法证学大鼠毛发中铀含量及其同位素比研究

【摘要】 为了拓展核法证学毛发分析应用,采用喂养大鼠硝酸铀酰溶液的方式获得铀含量、同位素比不同的鼠发,使用多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱(MC-ICP-MS)对鼠发中铀含量及同位素比与所摄入铀剂量及同位素比的相关性进行了研究。具体方法如下:选取16只体重(200±10) g健康SD大鼠,随机分为a、b、c、d四组,a、b组饮用不同浓度相同丰度硝酸铀酰溶液,c、d组饮用相同浓度不同丰度硝酸铀酰溶液。实验开始前剃下大鼠毛发作为对照组,24天后处死大鼠,剃下各组毛发作为待测组。将毛发清洗、消解后使用MC-ICP-MS进行测量。结果表明:样品组鼠发中铀含量均明显高于对照组,鼠发对铀元素有一定蓄积作用,鼠发中铀含量高低与大鼠摄铀剂量正相关,鼠发中235U/128U值与所摄入贫铀溶液中235U/238U值基本一致,与摄入贫铀溶液前鼠发中235U/238U值有明显区别。以上研究结果为今后用毛发中铀特征进行核法证判断提供了一定数据支持。
【Abstract】 In order to expand the application of hair analysis in nuclear forensics.Rat hair with different uranium content and isotope ratio was obtained by feeding the rat uranyl nitrate solution.Thenuse multiple-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(MC-ICP-MS) to study the correlation between the uranium content and isotope ratio in the hair and the dose and isotope ratio of uranium.The specific methods are as follows:Sixteen healthy SD rats weighing 200±10 g were randomly divided into four groups:a,b,c,and d.Groups a and b were given different concentrations of the same abundance uranyl nitrate solution,and groups c and d were given the same concentration of different abundance uranyl nitrate solution.Rat hair was shaved as a control group before the start of the experiment.After 24 days,the rats were sacrificed and the hairs of each group were shaved as the test group.After the hair was washed and digested,measurement was performed using MC-ICP-MS.The results showed that the uranium content in the sample group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The hair of the rats had a certain accumulation of uranium.The content of uranium in rat hair is correlated with the dose of uranium intake.The235U/238U value in rat hair is basically the same as that in drinking depleted uranium solution,which is obviously different from 235U/238U value in rat hair before drinking depleted uranium solution.These results provide some data support for the future use of the characteristics of uranium in hair to carry out nuclear forensic judgment.
