W/CLF-1钢用Fe基低活化非晶材料的钎焊研究

【摘要】 钨和低活化钢的有效连接对于未来聚变堆中的氦冷偏滤器和第一壁的制造非常重要。本研究通过合金化成分设计,并利用急冷甩带技术制备了Fe63.5Cr11.5B16.7Si8.3(a.t%)低活化的非晶箔带。采用真空快速钎焊技术对钨和CLF-1钢进行了连接研究。结果表明,在1 230℃-6 min时,可以得到无裂纹,无空洞的接头。扩散层形成的FeW2B2和Fe3B金属间化合物可有效阻止W原子向基体钢的长程扩散,钎料层形成的粗大铁素体软相可以有效缓解热应力,Si和B主要分布在焊缝中,并且在Cr元素能够促进铁素体形成;两种接头的抗拉性能均可高达到320 MPa。
【Abstract】 The effective joining of tungsten(W) and reduced activation ferritic-martensitic(RAFM)steels is crucial to the fabrication of the helium divertors and first wall in future fusion reactors.In the present work,two low-activation Fe-based amorphous alloys of Fe63.5 Cr11.5 B16.7 Si8.3(at.%) are designed as the filler metals for brazing W and CLF-1 steels and was prepared by the melt-spinning.Crack-free joint has been achieved with the amorphous brazing alloy by short-time vacuum brazing at1 230℃.The inter-diffusion layer was consist of Fe-W-B and Fe3 B phases,which can block the longdistance diffusion of W atoms to the steel matrix.The coarse ferrite phase,which can be as soft phase was formed in the filler layer.The soft phase can relieve the stress.Si and B elements are confined within the main bonding seam of the joints and Cr element would favor the formation of ferrite phase in the bonding seam.The present tensile strength joints for the two filler alloys are both as high as 320 MPa.
