先进核能用铁素体/马氏体钢及ODS钢的研究进展

【摘要】 先进核能系统关键部位用结构材料在高温、强辐照和强腐蚀等极端环境服役,已成为制约未来先进核能发展的主要瓶颈。在诸多核用材料中,新型[9%(质量分数)~12%(质量分数)]Cr铁素体/马氏体钢(F/M)以及氧化物弥散强化钢(ODS)由于各自的优势成为了主要候选结构材料之一。本文从研发背景、合金组织及成分设计、规模化制备、代表性性能及微观组织等方面,重点对三种新型结构钢进行介绍:(1)改进型F/M钢(NS);(2)SIMP钢;(3)ODS钢。
【Abstract】 Materials are one of the key issues for the commercial application of advanced nuclear energy,and novel 9-12 Cr martensitic/ferritic steels and oxide dispersion strengthened steels(ODS)are considered as the promising candidates structural materials.In this paper,the research and great progress of several advanced F/M steels such as modified F/M,SIMP,and ODS steels in IMR-CAS were briefly introduced,focused on several aspects such as research motivation,design of chemical compositions,industrial production,and typical properties and microstructures.
