石墨烯加热面池沸腾传热特性研究进展
Research progress on pool boiling heat transfer characteristics of graphene based surface

【摘要】 石墨烯是单层碳原子排列成蜂窝状晶格结构的二维纳米材料,是已知的热导率最高的材料,在强化传热领域有广阔的应用前景。沸腾传热具有传热系数高,传热温差小的特点,被广泛应用于核能工程、热能动力、航空航天等重要工业领域的能量传输系统和设备冷却系统。使用石墨烯材料修饰加热表面以提高设备沸腾传热性能具有很大潜力,是近几年兴起的研究方向。本文介绍了石墨烯材料加热面制备方法和特征,重点综述了石墨烯材料加热面的池沸腾传热特性研究进展。讨论了现有研究的不足之处,为今后研究方向提供建议。
【Abstract】 Graphene is a two-dimensional nano-material with honeycomb lattice structure arranged by single carbon atoms,which has the highest thermal conductivity.Graphene has broad application prospects in the field of heat transfer enhancement.Boiling heat transfer has the characteristics of high heat transfer coefficient and small temperature difference.It is widely used in energy transmission system and equipment cooling system in nuclear energy engineering,thermal power,aerospace and other important industrial fields.It has great potential to modify heated surfaces with graphene materials to improve boiling heat transfer performance of equipment,which is a research direction rising in recent years.In this paper,the preparation methods and characteristics of graphene heating surface are introduced,and the research progress of pool boiling heat transfer characteristics of graphene heating surface is summarized.The shortcomings of existing research are discussed,and suggestions for future research directions are provided.
