一种可开展管束流致振动试验台架的设计

【摘要】 流致振动是导致反应堆蒸汽发生器传热管失效的主要原因之一。蒸汽发生器二次侧流体流动会诱发传热管振动并由此引起传热管磨损与破损,可能导致计划外停堆、增加维修工作量等诸多问题,并且影响反应堆的安全性与核电厂的可靠运行。为研究流致振动对传热管束的影响,国家电投集团科学技术研究院设计并建造了蒸汽发生器传热管束弯管区流致振动试验台架,并开展管束流致振动试验方面的试验研究。通过常温下空气和水的混合介质模拟二次侧流场的激励情况,获得管束振动反应结果,为蒸汽发生器传热管束流致振动分析与工程计算方法校核提供试验依据。本文介绍了蒸汽发生器传热管束弯管区流致振动试验台架的设计情况,以及典型工况的调试结果,证明了试验台架设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 Flow induced vibration is one of the major failure modes of the U-tubes in nuclear steam generator.Fluid flow on the secondary side of the U-tubes will induce the U-tubes vibration,and cause abrasion of the U-tubes.This phenomenon will make lots of problems such as unplanned shutdown of the reactor,and will affect safety of the reactor and reliability of the power station.Thus,it is meaningful to study the flow-induced vibration characteristics of U-tubes.A test facility is designed and established by State Power Investment Corporation Research Institute.Within this facility,two-phase flow of air and water in atmosphere temperature is adopted to simulate the fluid flow on the secondary side of the U-tubes.Various flow velocity and void fraction are studied.In this paper,the test facility of the flow induced vibration of U-tubes in the two-phase flow is introduced.And also,the result of some pre-tests is introduced to show property of the test facility.
