基于MEMS的随钻测斜精度提高方法研究

【摘要】 MEMS传感器拥有小型化、低功耗、低成本等特点,非常适用于井下狭小空间的随钻测量,但是随着非开挖技术的发展,对随钻测斜单元的测量精度要求越来越高,而目前MEMS传感器测量精度还不能满足随钻测量工程应用要求。因此,为提高MEMS传感器的测量精度,采用椭球拟合法对MEMS三轴加速度计与MEMS三轴磁强计的系统误差进行标定,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明:本文提出的椭球拟合标定法有效地抑制了MEMS传感器的系统误差,使用标定补偿的测量数据进行解算,所得倾角、工具面角与方位角精度得到明显提高。
【Abstract】 MEMS sensors are characterized by compactness,low power consumption,low cost,etc.,which are very suitable for measurement while drilling tools in tight down hole space.With the development of trenchless technology,Requirements on the measurement accuracy of the MWD unit is getting higher and higher;however,the current MEMS sensor measurement accuracy can not meet the requirements of MWD applications.Therefore,in order to improve the measurement accuracy of MEMS sensors,the systematic error of MEMS triaxial accelerometers and MEMS triaxial magnetometers is calibrated by the ellipsoid fitting method,and is verified with testing.The experimental results show that the ellipsoid fitting calibration method proposed in this paper effectively suppresses the systematic error of the MEMS sensor.The inclination angle,tool face angle and azimuth accuracy calculated with the calibration compensation measurement data are obviously improved.
