地热开采低密度固井水泥试验研究

【摘要】 固井水泥的性能控制是地热开采过程中的关键技术问题之一,针对目前我国地热开采所面临的固井技术难题,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,较系统地开展了地热开采低密度固井水泥研究。在分析油井G级水泥在中温条件下的性能变化特征基础上,着重从密度、强度、稳定性等方面对固井水泥的性能进行控制。优选粉煤灰为减轻剂、JSS为减水剂、G33S为降失水剂、TEA与CaCl2复配为早强剂。最后采用正交试验研制了一种低密度固井水泥材料,其配方为:G级水泥+20%粉煤灰+0.5%JSS+0.035%TEA+0.5%CaCl2+1.5%G33S。性能评价结果表明,该固井水泥密度较低,强度较大,浆液稳定性好,从而为地热开采固井技术难题提供了新的思路与解决方案。

【Abstract】 The performance control of cement is one of the key technical problems for geothermal exploitation.To solve the technical difficulty in geothermal well cementing in China,low-density cement for geothermal exploitation is systematically researched by combining theoretical analysis with experimental study.Based on the analysis of the performance change characteristics of class G oil well cement under the moderate temperature condition,the performance of cement is adjusted from the aspects of density,strength and stability.Fly ash was selected as light weight additives,JSS as water reducing agent,G33 S as fluid loss additive,the mixture of TEA and CaCl2 as curing accelerator.Finally,a kind of low density cement material has been developed by orthogonal tests,which is made up of class G oil well cement+20% fly ash+0.5%JSS+0.035%TEA+0.5%CaCl2+1.5% G33 S;at the same time,the performance evaluation results show that the cement has low density,high strength and good slurry stability,providing a new approach and solution for the technical problems in geothermal well cementation.
