成都黏土吸附特性及工程废浆处理研究

【摘要】 针对钻孔灌注桩施工产生的高含泥量废泥浆难处理的问题,提出了采用成都黏土配制泥浆进行脱水处理。对不同比例成都黏土和水配制的废浆进行密度、黏度、沉降值和含砂量测定。选择沉降值最低的成都黏土工程废浆作为研究对象,通过絮凝试验、气压试验、絮凝-气压试验分析不同药剂处理效果,得到了絮凝剂种类、添加量与脱水的关系。结果表明,含泥量越高的泥浆沉降值越低,吸附作用形成的胶体-悬浮体越稳定,同时聚氧化乙烯对废浆的处理效果极好,能够实现快速泥水分离,有在工程上运用的前景。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the high mud content waste mud produced by bored pile construction is difficult to handle,it is proposed to use Chengdu clay to prepare mud for dehydration treatment.The density,viscosity,sedimentation value and sand content of the waste slurry prepared in different proportions of clay and water were measured.The construction waste slurry from the Chengdu clay with the lowest sedimentation value was selected as the research object.The flocculation test,air pressure test and flocculation-pressure test were used to analyze the effects of different chemical treatments.The relationship between the type of flocculant,the amount of flocculant and the dehydration was obtained.The results show that the lower the sedimentation value of the mud,the more stable the colloid-suspension formed by adsorption,and the effect of polyethylene oxide on the waste slurry is excellent,and the rapid mud-water separation can be realized,showing prospect in field application.
