某越野车前罩盖扭转刚度有限元分析

【摘要】 为了验证某越野车前罩盖扭转刚度是否满足设计要求,对其进行了有限元方法和试验方法对比研究。首先用HyperMesh软件建立了前罩盖有限元模型,对其扭转刚度进行模拟计算,然后进行了试验验证。将有限元计算结果和试验结果进行了对比,结果表明两者相对误差小,吻合度较高;验证了有限元模型建立的准确性,并且计算和试验结果均高于设计目标值,从而说明该越野车前罩盖扭转刚度足够,验证了有限元分析的可靠性,为该车的前罩盖设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In order to verify a SUV front cover torsional rigidity casing whether meets the design requirements, carries on the comparative study of the finite element method and test method. First finite element model of front cover was established with the software HyperMesh, simulation calculation of torsional rigidity, then had carried on the test. And the finite element calculation results and test results were compared, and the results show that the relative error was small, alignment was higher; verified the accuracy of the finite element model was established, and calculation and test results were higher than the design target, which shows that the torsional rigidity casing is enough, verifies the reliability of finite element analysis, for the car’s front cover design provides a theoretical basis.
